OOops I mean my surgery date in Nov 17th and....

My Doctor's office told me not to take Biotin until I needed it and they never told me about going on a liquid diet before surgery, I'm confused.  On top of that my family is freaking out because they swear I'm going to die from this surgery.  Ugggh.  

i start my liquid diet on nov. 3, two weeks before surgery!!!

My date is Nov 17th.  I start my liquid diet on Nov 7th.  I have been on Biotin for a few months.  My levels were very low.  The Dr said it was like I lived in a 3rd world country by the junk I ate.

Each Dr is different.  If you are concerned just give them a call.  I think everyone's family or friends are freaking out.  There's some in every group.  Keep your head up and be strong!
