Have my surgery date!! 11/9/09!!

I am very excited. The approval came from my insurance company and my date is confirmed.

Congratulations! I got my approval on 10/01 too!  My surgery date is scheduled for 11/3. See you on the loser's bench!

Congrats!! We have the same surgery date.  I'm doing lapband on 11/09 too :)

My date is 11-9-09 as well, I will be having RNY. My sister's date is Oct. 19th, she is having RNY also.

I am so excited. Couting down the days!

This is great! Now I just have to keep myself occupied so that I don't think about the surgery so much. I'm an impatient person by nature so I need to keep my mind occupied between now and 11/9. Luckly I have a few things going on between now and then. Any suggestions on how to not let m\y head run away?

I am trying to keep my self busy but it feels like its going to take forever.  I am sure it will go fast after next week though.  I  have already started cleaning my house in preporation.  Which I could figure something else to take my  mind off of it.
