Do anyone wanna lose more weight?

Is there anyone that need or want to lose sum more weight before ur date . I do just so it wont hold me back from surgery. I have lost the weight that I was required but it dnt hurt to lose sum more at my weight. If so plz let me know we can work together. I'm do the liquid diet cuz it works for me. But if you wanna do sumthin different and it works for you.....let me know.  Lets go Novmber family I'm here to support.

Hi! l will definitely  join you in losing some more weight. I was scheduled for RNY Sept. 28th, however I met with my surgeon today and I was informed my liver is too fatty so I am required to lose at least 25 lbs by Oct. 26th. If I meet my goal I will have surgery Nov 5th. Lets do this together!!

Me and navywife have started well today is my first day and she started last week. Now that you posted that you wanna do this I will let her know that I will posted our everyday intake. Let me know when u start and I will give you more info on wat to do on here ...best wishes see u soon.

I started today and so far so good. I am heading down to ride my recumbent bike for at least 40 minutes, while my chicken cooks :-) Tonight right before bed I will write what I ate today and post it right here, does that sound good?

Before I go to bed for the evening I would like to share how I ate today

Breakfast  1 egg, 6oz diet cranberry juice
Lunch 8 oz Bariatric advantage high protein meal replacement shake (strawberry)
Supper 4 oz chicken breast baked in oven, 1 cup mixed veggies(steamed)

64 oz crystal light
18 oz water

rode recumbent bike for 30 minutes.

I feel very good. I feel I had a full day and made very good decisions about my food.
