Topic: RE: Calcium??
I take bariatric fusion vitamins ans was told that if I take the entire dose per day (4) that they have enough calcium and I don't need extra. I have my labs done in 2 weeks so we'll see if that's working. I tried the chewable calcium from bariatric advantage and I couldn't get 3 down a day so I hope this is working!

it seems like everyone is doing something different than me but I have been taking Bariatric fusion. Its is great. I take 1 four times a day and thats it. It was designed for us and the taste is ok. I like not having to take a bunch of different pills every day.

Yes, you can eat your cereal with milk.  I was worried about that too...but I finally tried it yesterday and everything was just fine...no dumping, no sticking, nothing...I even drank the left over milk afterwards (more protein...yay!).  I can't stand those protein bars yet....still too much for me.  But having milk with your cereal is no different than eating soup right??  It's a little broth with bits of food...hope this helps!

Check with your Doctor/Nutritionist about Caltrate.  It is Calcium Carbonate NOT Calcium Citrate making it harder to absorb.  :-)

Okay so this might sound stupid, but I was too embarassed to ask the dr or my nutritionalist and I have been eating only breakfast protien bars instead of my cereal.... can you put the milk on it and eat together. I was worried about that whole no eating and drinking at the same time thing so I hadn't done cereal because I was affraid that I would dump or that it would hurt!
