Yesterday felt like an odd day for me ... don't know why
B - Trader Joe's Greek Style yogurt - apricot mango
S - 7 newman's own pretzels
L - Mexican Lasagna (eggface recipe) and string cheese
D - shrimp stir fry from trader joe's
S - skim milk
all supplements and about 50 oz of water

i hear I'm one in a million, but peanut butter just doesn't work for me in amounts bigger than a baby spoon. I haven't tried the all-natural no sugar added yet, but plain old Jiff is killing me.
I cannot eat reheated red meat well.
when I reheat chicken or turkey I poke it with a fork a few times, drip some water on top and cover it with a damp paper towel in the microwave - this does a great job at restoring moisture.
i ate too close to water drinking, which brought the food back up in a hurry. I also overate some baked potato and that came back up.
The good news is that for me at least, when I have to vomit due to overfilled pouch it is effortless, painless and sort of a non-event. I certainly don't want to do anything to cause vomiting, but it's not a terrible punishment for a simple mistake.

I like them....the sour cream and onion are pretty good too...but the BBQ are my favorites!

L - fage with 3 slivers of no sugar added peaches
D - 1 oz piece of chicken, soft boiled broccoli and spoon of mashed potatos...
S - sugarfree/caffine free coffee

Thank God, No. OOOOHHH, wait...YES! I dumped off of eggs! That was the WORST THING EVER! I can handle a hard boiled egg but a scrambled egg with cheese makes me VERY sick. Weird. I have to say that Im one of the lucky ones that not too much bothers me and goes down pretty well. I stick to my sugarfree, low cal, low card lifestyle so I havent really tried any thing outside of that and I dont plan too...
When they gave me a list of the most common food types that cause dumping.... I AVOID it like a snack cake (LOL)!
