S - 2 wedges laughing cow cheese, 3 cracker, 2Tbsp peanut butter
3 bottles of Special K protein/fiber water, 1 choco. prot. shake, all vitamins!!
Have you tried measuring to see how many inches you've lost?

I lost a lot pre surgery so am trying to convince myself that is why the stall is so bad,,,but whatever...I guess this haoppens to everybody...I just can't remember reading about it so much until now...
Let's hope we all get going again real soon...
Here's my daily plate for thursday. BTW the last item on here has been a really tasty snack. I saw it on the Dr Phil show, cottage cheese-I used 1/2 cp, blueberries I used frozen so 1/4 cp and topped with sunflower seeds-1 tbsp.

B - 1/2 cup Trader Joe's greek style strawberry yogurt
L - 1/2 turkey burger patty with pepper jack, 3 pickles and a little tomato and lettuce
D - 1 oz pastrami heated up with melted havarti and placed on 2 saltine crackers 1/4 cup of salad with a little ranch (I only ate a bite of it)
Desert - 1/2 cup toffee nut wow cow frozen yogurt
after dinner snack (I was low on protein so I had to add a evening snack, which I hate) Edamame and string cheese
2 bottles of water (bad bad bad)
all vitamins
The good news is I'm back on track with water for today ... YAY ME!
I have found through the years that carbs are not my friend. Let me be clear. I can eat all the carbs from veggie sources I want and I am fine. But, things like potatoes and "white"foods and fruit, stop my weight loss and add pounds to me.
For me, if I followed your surgon's program I would not lose or lose very little.
I know that I get under 20 carbs a day, and those are coming from cheese and veggies mostly.
There are rare occasions that I will get carbs from maranara sauce or some other dipping sauce I use to moisten my food.
Tonight I am going to "splurge" by making pizza on low carb tortillias. A whole tortilla has 8 carbs and I doubt seriously that I will be able to eat a whole "pizza".
I am very happy with the way I am instructed to eat, not much to count. I don't have to stress over food. Now water, that's another story!
