Family - played hard all day!  Both my husband and I were off :)

House - cleaned hall closet, staying on top of dishes and laundry

Diet - vitamin compliant, lots of protein, good serving sizes

My doctor recommend World Wide Pure Protein (35 g of Protein). I think they taste OK. Sort of like a shake if you have an imagination.  They have them at nutrition stores and also at Trader Joe's. I just bought Achiev one drinks.  I am waiting for them to get cold. Everyone on this site seems to think they taste like a bottled Starbucks. (20g of Protein).  No matter what you get everyone I have talked to has said make sure they are really cold or they will taste nasty.  I am doing the liquid diet right now with surgery on Nov 6 Th!

Yeaa!!!  We will all be on our way to better health soon.  I have to start my 2 week pre-diet on Halloween and then surgery on the 13th.  I'm a nervous wreck about it, but excited too.  Just wi**** would hurry up and get here.  I've actually lost about 10 pounds from nerves alone. 

My date is Nov 18th so keep me posted and good luck!
