So sorry that your date keeps getting changed. Being that mine is during Thanksgiving week, I am so scared that the Doc is going to decide tot ake a vacation or something! LOL! :-) Can you believe that November 1st is here?

You are a such a sweet heart Dar. I think Lorne(b/f) is bring the lap top with him when we leave. So I will write and keep you all updated on my progress, when I can!!!! I too have to take body shots(hehe sounds like shooters) for my befores!!

Thats the same for me as well. My surgery ill be around i think 1130am. So yeah!!!but unlike you I can still sleep.Now ask me that Monday well maybe tuesday how I slept sunday and Im sure I will tell you I saw every single hour on the hour!!LOL

I'm also a longtime lurker and this is my first post, so here goes. My date is Nov. 17th. I'm getting very excited and a little scared, too. My preop appt is Tuesday and that's when I meet with all the departments and learn all about the before, during and after surgery instructions. I can't wait to get started on this journey and I'm glad to hear there will be some other friends right there with me.

Thank you sooooo much for the support. I will make sure that I post all that I can tell as soon as I can. I need to put my height and weight in before and I need to have my sister take these pictures of me *before body shots*

OMGOOOOODNESSS I can't believe it I cant sleep of course its 2:25am Saturday in Syracuse NY and I'm awake I'll ******vous nilly all weekend I guess its the unexpected that has me nervous. I wonder what they do when you arrive at the hospital I have to check in 2 hours early @ 8 am surgery is at 10... *like a hotel =)* then I'm not sure what is next. that is the killer.

Yes I'm on Monday November 3rd too I'm excited and nervous too. Gosh this time is here I feel like i'm dreaming and afraid someone is going to wake me up and I'll just be me trapped in an unhealthy body for life.
