HAVE IT OUT! Back in the 90's I was doing the Weigh****chers Fat and Fiber Program and eating NO FAT! I lost 60 pounds in 3 months AND I lost my gallbladder! The attacks were horrible! SO if you already have stones, have them do it now! I mean horrible attacks, as in having to pull off the side of the road because I couldn't drive! Just do it! :-)

Sounds like the visit went well! How long did it take? I have my PAT's at 10am and then an appointment with my Dr at 11am. Does that seem like enough time? I just hear how much care/time their programs are giving them and I feel like I am getting SQUAT!

I'm so excited for you! I am so thankful that my surgery is at the crack of jack! I would hate to have to wait! I cannot wait to hear how it all goes...of course if there are any horror stories I may back out before the 25th! I have been getting very nervous and anxious!

I start liquids on November 14th. Today I start Strict Weigh****chers for 2 weeks. I want to get under 400 before my surgery! My Doc said mostly liquid but 1 meal will be ok. I hope I can do it!

Can you all even believe that November is here??? I am so thrilled for all of us beginning over this month! We should all meet up in a central location next year! I still feel lost. Have not done 1 thing to prepare. I don't even know what I should be buying to eat when I get home! Grrr!
