Like I just posted; I'm doing lap-band. I have to do the liquid diet to shrink my liver so they can do it easier, apparently!! Can't believe it's only 9 days away - eek!!!! I am excited but a little bit nervous

Lap RNY for me on the 12th!! I'm having surgery outside of Boston, MA. No liquid diet for me - I get to eat til the day before.... though I did have a protein shake for breakfast today out of solidarity!

Hello, I also have surgery scheduled for November 12th. What are you having done? I'm having lap RNY and i am also on a two week liquid diet. Hang in there! Were just a few days away...

Hello to all of you scheduled for 11-17-08 I am scheduled for that day also. I will be praying for all of us to have our sugeries without incident. I am also praying that we have a great recovery and also a wonderful journey. I am having the DS. I am looking for friends who can share and understand my highs and lows. I would like to hear form you guys maybe we can stay in touch. I look forward to hearing from you!! Be encouraged we have a seat n the losers bench waiting for us!!
