I have had the same problem ever since I was told to eat a regular diet. I saw my Dr. this past friday and he recommended that I try Papaya Enzyme. I found it at wal-mart for like $5. You take it 4 times a day with or following a meal. Its chewable and it tastes pretty good. I have to say that I havent had any gas or gas pain ever since Friday....

My Wii told me I am overweight . It usually tells me I am obese so this is a big deal. A small thing I know but it makes me feel good. Hearing you're obese every time I am on the Wii was depressing. Now to get myself to a normal weight,I can't wait to see what it says then.

They say it is caused by a food you eat but I think it just happens, I have tried gasx and it doesn't help much. I also got some devron which is supposed to help with the smell. Can't say it really works but it might help some.

I'm kind of embarrased about this however I must ask - does anyone here get frequent painful gas that can sometimes last for two or more days? I only introduce one new food a day however if I eat something that doesnt agree, I am in trouble for a couple of days. If this happens to you, what do you take for it since our metabolism is much different now since surgery?

I must admit that I have always hated shopping for swimsuits and this time was no different. However, the results this time where way better than I ever could have dreamed! I went to the store with a skirt type suit in mind but all of the skirts this year are VERY short and that just defeats the purpose. So I found some board shorts which manage to cover the bottom of my tummy and the top of my thighs which are my biggest problem areas. Then ...get this....I got a BIKINI top!!!!! A year ago if you would have bet me money that i would be in a bikini anything ever again I would have lost. It was the greatest feeling. Granted I am a ways from my goal but it sure did feel good.
