My surgery is tomorrow on the 13th too! I'll be thinking of you and say a prayer for you. Just think? It's all about to begin!! Yeah for us! :)

No, I was being a bit dramatic! LOL! I was hoping to take all the time I needed but will not be able to due to the small amount I will be receiving. I am aiming to be back to work on the 15th (surgery 11/25). :-)

I feel you on that I just want to be a healthier me. Wearing a normal size would be nice too lo. Where are you getting your surgery at? Mine is tomorrow

I have a long list. :)
obviously, wearing normal sized clothes, too
being able to drive without the steering wheel pushing on my tummy
being able to sit in a lawn chair without fear of breaking it
fitting better on an airplane
being able to reach places better to shave
going somewhere & not being the fattest person there
improved mobility
more energy
fitting better in the bathtub
dating
improved self-esteem/confidence
finally feeling "normal"
to fit in the rides at amusement parks
for my bras to fit better instead of rolling up in my side fat & back fat
obviously, wearing normal sized clothes, too

I went to pre op today and sat through that boring class, saw the dr, went to the hospital to register and had xrays and labs. All is set. HOWEVER they gave me the wrong date. I am Nov. 19th. I know it is only one day but these last days feel like weeks.

Mine was scheduled super quick as well. :) I had my consult on the Oct 28th, was approved on the 31st and then scheduled for Nov 19th. I could have taken Nov 13th, but that wasn't enough time to sort the kiddos and the dog out. :)
