So I have already lost the more than the amount my md required. With that being said, my md does not require a preop diet. I have put myself on a 2 week preop liquid diet to get my liver down. BUT.....yesterday was my first day and I stayed on liquid all day until....I had 2 cookies. I also had one today...but other than that, I have done great! I know, I know pretty sad huh? I guess if it was required I would be a better... How about you? I am also doing a 7 day Total Body Cleanse to get my body all fresh and clean before surgery!

Hi Darlene. Glad to see you are home , hope you are doing well. I was so happy to hear that everything went well for you. My surgery is on the 25th 
I am so sorry I did not get up to see you. There was so much going on and barix was so busy and we had a 6 hour drive ahead of us so we kinda just bolted out after my PATS where done. I hope your 2 week check up will be great and that you feel back to normal.

Hi November friends,
I'm home from the Barix clinic in MI. Had my surgery on Monday and got home today. I'm tired and I have a headache, but good other then that. i'm trying to sip sip sip.
I had my surgery lap which I was really happy about. Had a lot of pain right after surgery, but I was so out of it I don't remember so that's a good thing. Everything went well and the pain wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (accept after surgery lol)
I'm up walking around with no problems..... well, maybe just a little gas pain still, but that's going away.

Were you going in for surgery on the 24th? I thought that was your day. Anyway, I'll be at Barix for my 2 week post op on the 24th so I'll bring you a little something and have the nurses just keep it in your chart till you get there.

Yep, I had my surgery Nov 10 too and I got home today. How are you feeling? I'm tired and have a killer headache, but other then that, I'm good.
