This is one heck of a journey!!!

My weightloss continues, at a much slower pace, but that's ok...it's got a much smaller body to work with!  I realized that last month at this time I was squeezing into my first pair of 12s, and now they are getting a bit loose.  By the end of the summer, I'll probably be a 10.  CRAZY.

I'm so grateful for my health.  with so much less medication to take it's hard to remember my supplements, but I'm doing it.

It's good to be amongst the living!

I'm thrilled with my overall loss (138lbs so far) but very frustrated with my loss this month (or lack thereof) and appear to be in the longest stall so far. Trying not to panic or get discouraged but really- enough is enough.

Everyone is doing fantastic and should be proud of their successes. I am really trying to get my calories up to 1000 this week to see if I can break this nasty stall!  All the best- Nancy

Seems like on the whole we are all doing fabulously... and many of us (me included) are hitting a little stall... We'll get through it...
I'm down 83 since surgery... for a total of 118 so far... (am at 175 today)... would love to see 150 by November...

You are looking great yourself.  I need excercise badly.  My boobs are plain rediculius.  Not as much loose skin as I thought.  I eat and drink well.  I think all I need is some set a side time to work out.  That I have not done.  It is just amazing.  I was just looking at old pics and can't believe how bad I let me go.  I feel like I had quit life completly.  Now I LIVE!  Would do it a hundred times over.
Keep in touch girl.

This morning I hit onederland at last weighing in at 199.8lbs Yay!  It seems like I hit more stalls than actual weight loss, but at least it's coming off instead of going back on.  I walk 3 miles 3x's a week plus do a weight lifting class one night a week at the gym.  I've lost 98lbs since April 08 so I'm feeling really good about that; gone from a tight 22w to a regular 14 and those are starting to get baggy. I wear a medium top too....weird!  I still haven't got used to the sizes or the reflection in the mirror.  I'm basically the same size of my sister now! yay.

I'm down 100 pounds.  My weight loss is crawling right now.  Of concern is that my appetite has increased.  I am trying to make the best food choices and keep everything in check.  I am walking more, have a lot more energy but have not increased the amount of exercise I do.  I know I have to exercise consistantly to not only boost my metabolism in order to keep losing weight and to keep the weight off that I've already lost.  Now if I could only get my mind and body to connect on that and start moving more.  Don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with my weight loss and with how much better I feel.

Congratulations to you all.

Hey girl!  Long time no hear from, LOL.

You are so right about time flying and how busy that we all are living these new lives.  I mostly read and update at work because when I leave here, Im running until I finally get the chance to lay down and relax and as soon as I do, I crash!

But YES, my weight is at a crawl but I still have about 70 more pounds to lose so Im not having that.  I have been very strict on myself about getting in all of my protein (if not more) and my fluids to keep that scale moving.  I have been working out extra hard too.  I try to go to the gym everyday so I can at least get in 30 - 40 minutes of cardio.  If I have extra time Ill hit the weight room, but if I dont have time for weights at the gym, Ill do a little something at home just so I get in some resistance training.

I am really working hard because I REALLY want to be at goal by my 1 yr mark.  If I dont make my exact goal I want to be in the 20 lb range of it.  Ill be 7 months next Thursday so that gives me like another 5 months to make it happen, and I think I can do it.

You look GREAT!  Dont worry, you will get to your goal and I bet you will even exceed your goal once your body cooperates with you.

Well, that all I have so keep in touch my November "08" peeps

Hi all,
I havn't been on in a long time.  Everyone is looking amazing.  I can't believe how time is flying by.  Thinking it feels like yesterday we were all on here full of nerves and anxiety of the unknown.  Now we are so busy living hardly have time to come on.
SO tell me is everyone slowing down?  These last ten pounds seem like forever.  Now I am only 14lbs to goal and feel like I will never get there.  Urrrr.... I also am amazed that I can eat and don't want that.  LOL!
