Well, you know...I forget that you had Lap and not open. I would love to know how people who had Open are doing? My surgery is Tuesday and would really like to be back to work by the 15th of December.

LOL I have to laugh @ Renee she is so amazed that people are actually up and she is not alone!! I tell you my sleep paterns are all off since surgery. I'm up all times the night and wee hours in the am 2- 3 4 am 
reading OH forum and finding out new tips and reading what other people are doing. Trying to stay focused on the bigger picture. Currently looking for a menu for soft food stage II as a guideline to follow .. including protein shakes etc. havent found any luck but i'm still looking ..

I had RNY Nov 10 and I'm STILL ON LIQUIDS boo hoo.
That's amazing that you skipped to stage 3. I go Monday and I'm guessing I'll be moved to stage 2.
That baked cod sounds heavenly.
