Gross Alert - Diarrhea

Hi guys!  Read some older posts and everyone looks so great!!  Question for you...have any of you had any bout's with diarrhea?  I've gotten it every night now in the middle of the night for the last 5 nights....exactley 5 hours after falling asleep.....WEIRD!!  Anyhow, I'm starting a new job tomorrow..so I can't take a chance of going to the ER and getting admitted...I'm calling my Dr. in the  morning and drinking gatorade and water...thanks!

what are you eating and/or drinking in the evening?  Is it only in the middle of the night?
