5 months Today

Today is my 5 month anniversary. I am so happy that I did this surgery. I have lost 89 pounds and happy for that. I am blessed every day by this surgery. Energy, looking somewhat normal, support from my family, and not as many people staring at me. Thank God for my life.

It has been a wonderful journey, but not always perfect. Some days my energy is down, some days I forget to eat slow and dumping it comes. I look at it as a reminder you must do this right. I am held accountable

 89 in five months is great. Congrats on that but you have to remember to chew chew chew. I made the mistake a couple times and it was painful.
