How much weight have you lost so far
Hello to Everyone
I am now down 87 pounds. 18 pounds the liquid diet before surgery and 69 pounds since day of surgery. I am very excited about this journey everyday is a bright and new beginning for me. I am struggling right now with fatigue not sure what is causing that. I agree with others I do have days that I feel I eat more than others. I find that if my protein is low for the day, I will want to snack in the evening.
Hey November Surgery Friends,
It's great to hear about how everyone is doing! I'm down 66 pounds, with 44 pounds to go to get to my goal. As long as I get enough protein and take my vitamins, my energy is good. Though I don't necessarily feel hungry, I do get cranky when my body needs nutrition. Yes, head hunger in the evening.....that was always my time to eat unhealthy snacks, and sometimes I still think I want to! I was wearing a 22 or 2x before surgery; now a L or XL on top, regular 16 on the bottom. Interestingly, today a co-worker asked if I was in a size 12 now!
Overall, I'm happy with my progress. I really appreciate the comments about not getting caught up in comparing weight loss totals. It's so true that we're all different in terms of height, beginning weight, metabolism, health conditions, etc. So, congrats to all of us for our successes to date!

Wow, we are all doing great, lol! I am down 74 lbs and have gone from a 20/22 to a 8 /10 depending on the maker. I am one pound from a normal BMI and 11 lbs from my goal...I hope to get to goal by my graduation in June...wish me luck!
