between Thanksgiving and Christmas I was at a dead stop. I lost nothing. I thought it was because I added solid food but I know now it was a stall. I have had several weeks where I lost nothing but now seem to be losing at least half a pound every week. Its better than nothing. I think its weird but if I feel I am eating to much for a few days I seem to lose more. Not enough to make me eat more but just something I noticed. Exersice is hard for me but I try. It is hard when the scale doen't move. I can't stay off the stupid thing and it depresses me when it doesn't move but what a high when it does.
i have been in a stall at 170 for the past few weeks. this is my first major stall and it is so frustrating. i have to start writing down what i eat - i think i am not eating enough. the good news is i am finally a 14. i keep thinking i am only 35lbs from my goal which is amazing in itself because i was 242.

So the theme is that we are all at a stand still. I know that I should feel grateful to be down 97 lbs...but I really do want to just lose this next 16 lbs to get out of the 300's. It is so frustrating. I also work out 4-6 days a week and lift weights as well so I really feel like the weight should be falling off. However, the silver cloud is that the inches falling off of me and I just love trying on clothes. No, I am not investing a lot of money into closes, but I am enjoying trying them on.
