Sunday was a weird food day for me
B - 1/2 cup cinnamon start with protein and 1/4 cup skim milk
L - 2 oz pot roast and 3 green beans
S - 7 jalapeno smokehouse almonds (I swear I crave spicy foods lately)
D - 2 oz. crockpot carnitas with a teaspoon homemade guacamole
After dinner - 1/2 cup grasshopper wow cow frozen yogurt
