What upsets your pouch

Update to my previous post:  for some reason, I have trouble with spaghetti, even when I cut it into tiny pieces and chew it well.  I've had other pasta without problem, but I tried spaghetti on two different occasions and both times wound up with pain and eventual vomiting after only a few bites.

In the beginning (a couple of weeks out) I had problem with sugar. Starbucks screwed up and gave me a regular instead of sugar free, so that's how I found out. But I do not have a problem with sugar anymore. I had a little tiny piece of cake for my b-day (Jan 1) and I was fine. I have not had a problem with anything else I've tried. I was even cleared for red meat already and did great with it. Now my taste buds are another story. LOL A lot of the stuff I loved I don't even want anymore. One bite and I'm finding something else to eat. I have not had nausea, vomiting, or any kind of complications yet. Good luck with trying new foods. Just ease in slowly and don't try more than 1 new food at a time. :)

At 1 month post-op, I ate fresh edamame and that gave me diarrhea.  Looking back, it was too soon for me to eat fresh veggies so I haven't had any since.

Everything else has been fine for my pouch.  I've tried all sorts of meats, though most of what I cook is in the crockpot and moist.
