What did you eat yesterday?
Sorry I haven't posted all weekend....if you're looking for the post and don't see it...feel free to go ahead and start it...sometimes it's hard for me to get on the puter. Anywhooo....
B - kelloggs special k protein - 1/2 w/ 1/4 skin milk
L - grits made w/milk and cheese - 1 piece REALLY soft bacon
D - 1/2 cup beans
S - hamburger gravy (about 1/4 cup), 1 cup skim milk
2 bottles of water and no vitamins (ugh...awful)
