I've had that same feeling too, but I saw this and I'm right on track. I see other peoples weight losses more than mine who had surgery after me and I get bummed, but I have figured out that I needed more protein. I finally found a powder that I like and drink one or two of those a day with 8 oz skim milk plus whatever food I eat. I'm feeling a lot better because of this and not as tired.
