What did you eat..New Years Eve version!!
How did we all do yesterday?? Come on now...this helps us all out...and helps us to see where we can make improvements (if we need them)...and gives others ideas of other things to try!!
B - 1 cappucino protein drink
L - about 1/3 cup of turkey chili, 1 wedge laughing cow cheese, 2 crackers
D - about 1/3 cup of split pea with ham soup
S - 3 crackers w/cream cheese, 1 SF pudding, 1 cup skim milk
1/2 my vitamins, 3 bottles of water....
NEXT!!

Breakfast: Soy Milk 8 ounces
Snack: 16 ounces water, 1 ounce unsalted peanuts
Lunch: Protien Bar
Snack: 8 ounces water and 5 grapes
Dinner: 2 ounces ground turkey with 2 tbsp speghetti sauce - no noodles !! Too many carbs just couldn't see myself doing that
Snack 2% string cheese from Kraft
That was it. I know that I need to drink more water. Still working on all the vitamins. Having some trouble getting them all in but going to try swallowing the ones I had before surgery. Dr seems to think that I can do it, do you all chew yours or are you brave and went back to swallowing them?
