What Did You Eat Today
I wonder this all the time too. Today was the first day I ate my recommended amount of calories. I'm still having trouble eating much more than 700 calories per day and getting in water/protein.
Here's what I had today.
B: Atkins Advantage protein bar
S: Boost High Protein Chocolate Drink
L:Pepperjack cheese stick with 1 sl 97% FF ham
S:Fage Total 2% with Davinci syrup
D:2.5oz baked chicken breast drizzled with campbells healthy request cream of mushroom
S: BBQ Soy nuts 1/4 cp
Here's what I had today.

L: Egg Drop Soup 1/4 cup

D Salad - I am going to try a little of a salad if I dare otherwise I will just have another protien bar. Not feeling too well today so eating not as on the top of the list as it should be.

L - protein shake w/skim milk & peanut butter
D - a meatball with cheese...it was a big meatball...filled me up
S - 1 coctail weenie, a little yogurt
I've had 1 bottle of water, 1/2 bottle of propel and about 2 cups of water with lemon

No biggie. Hopefully we can make it a daily thread on the November Surgery Date board. I am looking for new things to try and I have had some complications so just wondering what others that have had a RNY are eating that were done on or around the same day as me. I am down 68lbs and loving life, but finding it REALLY REALLY hard to eat anything~
