Thanks for the courago!  I just kept reading how much others had lost and was a bit disconcerted.  I see my doc on the 17th, but I don't know if that means I get my first fill or not.  I feel pretty good today and feeling more optimistic.
Thanks for the words

Ok, definetely, do not stress!!!  The soup did not make you gain weight.  You probably didn't even gain weight.  Scales lie sometimes...  Just ignore it.

Honestly, throw out your scale.  Your progress is obviously not "typical" right now, but it doesn't matter.  This WILL work.  Even though nothing else ever had.  Even though it's hard to believe it.  In 6 months you will have lost a TON of weight.

Stick to the basics.  Get your 64 oz of water every day.  I try not to include my protein shakes in that.  Walk 30 min every day if you can.  If not, walk as loong as you can and work up to 30 min.  MAke sure to get your protein in, and you vits.  THey help your body realize that it isn't starving, I think.

And for G-d's sakes, follow your doc's instructions.  Even if they are sadistic and evil!  Bcz if you start "cheating" now, where are you going to be in 5 years?

Oh, and you MUST drink...  your life, quite literally, depends on it.  The number on the scale is not that important.

I promis you the weight WILL come off.... just try to relax a little.

Good luck, sweetie!
