Water Intake?

I carry around a 32 ounce water bottle with me at all times.  I fill the water bottle with water, raspberry crystal light and I add a blue raspberry protein bullet to it.  The protein bullet has 40 grams of protein to help.  I try and drink two bottles a day.  IF I make it then there is 64 oz of water and 60 grams of protein.

Water is my biggest concern right now!  I can only get about 2 bottles in (32 oz) which is half of what my intake should be.  I'm almost 3 weeks post op.  I find tha****er makes me a little ill and actually hurts the pouch, I've tried crystal light, the lipton to go white tea, and I just can't seem to get it all in. I think the biggest problem is that I can't drink tons of water at once.  I guess it's all trial and error

My surgeon's office told us right up front that most people have difficulties with water.  They suggested drinking Propel, Crystal Lite, etc...  Give it a try.  I have not had any problems with these.  My problem is not being able to drink with meals.  Then when you wait 1 hour after meals to drink, it is almost time to eat again!
