Ice Cream???
Today is the start of my full liquids week. As I was reading over the nutritionists food list recommendations I saw low fat/SF Ice Cream! I was shocked, mortified and EXCITED! It does appeal to me, but I am afraid of starting to go down the wrong path....Has anyone eaten low fat/SF ice cream on full liquids? Thanks..
I also was allowed SF fudge popcicles or SF ice popcicles. I have that or a SF pudding every night. I'm only getting 600-800 calories a day so I think it is fine. there are so few things we get to eat on the liquid stage it really helps to have these for some variety. Here is what I eat every day.
Tea w 2 tsp suger and 1/2 cup lowfat milk
protein drink with 42 grams of protien
SF jello
protein drink with 23 grams of protien
cup of soup (usually cream of chicken or mushroom blended)
SF pudding or popcicle
hot chocolate w/ 15 grams of protein
