Well, i am 3 weeks today. My Dr. said I am doing great. I'm down 20 pounds. He moved me to phase 5 so I can slowly work in everything, including bread. I am also free of my binder  YAY!!!!  LOL that thing irritated me to no end. I got my B12 shot and I will be put on Calcium Citrate in 4 weeks and I won't see him again until 4 weeks on Dec 23rd.

Congratulations your doing great.  Isn't it amazing, 20lbs in 3 weeks, wow!  So you had to wear a binder????  I've never heard to that for bariatric surgery, plastic yeah but not bariatric.

I have to wear a binder too - and at my two week appt yesterday the Doc said I have to wear it for another 4 weeks.  But then I had the surgery open.

You are doing great - I am jealous that you got bumped up already!  I am just starting out on pureed!

I had open too. I guess I just healed pretty quickly. I don't know if I could've handled it for 6 weeks. YIKES!!!
