I'm so glad you're home and made it through.  I'm sorry you're having so much pain and I hope it doesn't last long.
Just rest and heal up.  Keep us updated as you feel better.

Hugs,

Hi Barbara.... glad you did well with your surgery and are home.  It feels so good to be home, doesn't it?  The pain will subside... just take your meds as often as you can... thats what its there for!  And don't do too much... I made that mistake and paid for it!!  Hope you are on your way to a speedy recovery.... welcome to the loser's bench!!!!!
Take Care,
Debbi

Thanks for all the well wishes, I know it will get better, and it has ;but there are times in the first few days i had regretted it. But I am already down 12 pounds and I feel better today then yesterday. Hopefully in a few days I wont feel bad at all.

Glad you are home. 12 pounds is great, congrats. I had my regrets at the beginning as well, but now I wouldn't change it for the world. I am 3 weeks out and have so much energy now. It will get better. (((HUGS)))

So glad to hear that you are home and recovering. :) I had my lap band the day before you, and recovery is a bit harder than I thought it would be. But, it's going. :)

I will be praying for a speedy recovery. :)

Hmm, As I type this I am STILL sucking on my cpap machine and yes I am at work, sucking on my CPAP machine. arrggggg.

Funny thing is, I am starting to argue with it as I clock my hours. Several times I lost it cuz I am having a hard time keep a good seal.

I swear they are doing this to test my endurance or make me nuts.

Sorry to hear your recovery is slow. are you having trouble staying hydrated or is the pain to much?  Please tell me now so I can change my mind. I really hate pain. I am such a wuss wen it comes to pain.

Not to mention and you can't tell anybody this cuz I dont want anybody knowing my secret. SHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! But I am playing Santa on the 24th. 6 days after my surgery.
I get to drive around town on a fire truck.

So please dont tell. I want to the kids to believe that I am Santa.  I absolutley love the looks on thier faces as I am riding by.
