8 days post op and .....

My period starts ... just great!!!  Have any of you had a period since your surgery?  Is it the same as before or are there any differences I should be watching out for??

he funniest thing that you mention that my period came early too like on the thrid day after my surgery, i wondered if it had anything to do with the surgery mine seemed normal but the color

I'm on bc pills and normally I would get my period two days into the placebo pills (so I should've gotten it today), but I got it on Wednesday as soon as I missed my pill. So I'm hoping this will just mean I'll have a reg 28 day cycle instead of 30 days. It's hasn't been any different, except not as heavy. I just hope it doesn't last until I start my pills again next wed. we'll see. I've heard horror stories about periods being heavier and lasting longer, so I guess we'll see. Good luck to you.

The cursed TOM paid me a visit today too......11 days post op, but right on time.  I'm regular when my body what's to be. Figures it decides to be regular now LOL.  Every 3-4 months was fine with me LOL.

Mine came two days post op --- this has happened to me before after anesthesia.  seems normal, just TERRIBLE timing!

Lucky me, too!  Mine is due right after surgery!   Crossing fingers that it is late like it always is!  :-)

Im five days post op and I got mine last yesterday!  I couldnt believe it! 

Mine hit the day after surgery. A bit early. Of course, it wipes me out normally, so the recovery process has been a bit harder.

I have noticed that it's still hanging around, so it's going a bit longer than the norm. It can stop any time now. :)
