Eating after surgery

I am hoping to receive approval within 6-8 weeks. Can anyone tell me what a day of eating looks like 1-2 years after surgery. Will you stand out in the crowd? Will you appear different at parties? Work functions? Gatherings? Can someone break down a day of eating for me. Maybe all these concerns will eventually go away.

Hi, Elizabeth!  Hope your approval is a quick and painless process.

Your question might be better asked on the main board or the board for your particular surgery.  Most of those that hang out on the November 2008 forum are just having our surgery.
