Day One liquid diet....ugggh

 I'm doing pretty good.  I don't feel hungry at all....BUT....I do feel....tired, short tempered, and I have a throbbing headache.  Guess that's what happens when I deprive my body of JUNK!!!   lol

I understand it's day three for me and I'm a little short tempered. I had the husband get me some fruit in the event I feel like I need a little something. However we have to remember that this time next week it will be over or beginning. LOL

 I snuck a few sips of my son's leftover vanilla shake from McDonalds!   Bad Me!!!  

I start my 2 week fast tomorrow I am so nervous, I have headaches all the time anyway. This scares me more then the surgery does. But hopefully the next 2 weeks will go as fast as the last month has. Good lucks guys

HI Renee!! I feel like crap I had my surg on 11/3rd as scheduled .. i'm home but feel aweful.. Anyone know if this is normal. Of course I'm not hungry at all not even a little bit. this is day one for me from the hospital My instructionjs are 5-6 days  before I can attempt my state 2. I feel ill though and its hard for me to sleep w/o pain is this normal? I know everyone is different.

Sherry, give yourself a break!  :-)  It has only been 2 days!  Did you have RNY or lapband?

Started my liquid diet on October 31st and had headaches for two days then things got a lot better.  But the temper issue is still there but not as bad.

I'm schedule for Dec. 1, does anyone know if soy milk can be tolerated after surgery.
