Hi Kelly,
November 17th is my date too for D/S with Dr. Greenbaum in Willingboro, NJ.  I've started on the pre-op shakes which are really not that bad but with everybody around me eating real food and pot roast in the air it's hard.  Looking forward to the other side soon... that is if I don't catch the cold everybody has here in the household!
