Are you all ready at home? Got all your proteins and vitamins? Help for post-op and all that?
Just wondering if I'm the only one or if this is normal to make these arrangements so far a head of time.

Well I have my vitamins.  No shakes yet.  I got approval today and I have a Nov 6 date. So, I better get moving. I did pick up some Whey Protein last week so I am not totally behind. Good luck to you.
