DATE --NOV 4th ELECTION DAY

I am scheduled for RNY on the 4th. I am electing to be a new me! I am scared and worried about all the managing of vitamins proteins, etc. Hopefully we can help each other on this journey. We are all in it together.

Woohoo! That is my day too.  I thought it was kind of funny for it to be election day.  Everytime I watch the news now I can hear how many days till the new me.  There are countdowns everywhere.  lol

Congratulations on getting a date!  How exciting for you!  I am concerned about meds and vitamins and proteins too!  I have 6 more weeks so I am going to start NOW --- reading all that I can to make sure that I am prepared and that I prevent HAIR LOSS!  YIKES!  :-)
