CONGRATS on your date!!!  Why Medifast for 27 days?

Hi Renee,

My surgeon wanted me to be under 50 BMI before surgery, which is appx 30 pounds to lose in 4 weeks time. I have never lost that kind of weight that fast, so I am just giving this my all and trying to keep my mind focused on the future.

It has been rough, I'm only on Day 3, but I am starting to see the light where people say it gets a little easier after the first few days.
