11/24 VSG Dr. Alvarez--anybody else?
Hi Donna:
I have a date with Dr Alvarez on Nov 3rd!! You are the 3rd individual that I found for Dr Alvarez and all in November! I am coming from Missouri and I am doing this all alone. Flying out of Oklahoma to Dallas then to San Antonio, then the 2 1/2 hr drive to Eagle Pass. It's not the going but the return trip that I am very nervous over. I have to start my liquid diet on Oct 27th. I hear the first 4 days are a killer. Anyway, be talking to ya. Best wishes. Linda

Hi, Linda,
I live in San Antonio, so I don't have to fly back home. Are you on Southwest Airlines? I think in general they are much more user-friendly than the other ones. My hubby and I got dumped off a cruise ship in New Orleans a couple weeks ago during Hurricane Ike, and we flew home on Southwest. I bought an extra seat because of our sizes, and they actually refunded the money because the plane wasn't full. It was very easy to do. You might want to think about that if you're flying on them. You get to pre-board, so you can sit way up front and stretch out in two seats and you stand a good chance of getting your money back.
I'll be following to see how you're doing.
Good Luck!
