Nov 5 for me

Just got my date today - excited doesn't begin to describe how I feel - nervous too!!!

Congrats Sheri139!!! I will be having my surgery on Nov. 11th. I know what you mean, I am soooo excited but really nervous too. Best of luck to you.

Best of luck to you too - only a week apart... yeah us.  Now I just have to finish jumping thro the rest of my preop hoops (good excercise right??) and then I'm  ready.  Sure is nice to be able to post this as my family is great but getting bored with this and saying just get it over with.
Thanks to all for letting me vent - good and bad.

Congrates Sherri, I felt the same way too when I got my approval. I was like hell yeah and then i was like oh...mmmmm....but Im very positive and now cant wait for surgery!!! Good luck to you and cant wait to be apart of your journey!!!

Wow fast response.  lol  I am in Michigan, not too far from Detroit and not too far from ontario, canada either.  I am about an hour from windsor and 45 minutes from sarnia.  Are you getting the surgery in canada?

I am getting the surgery in Utica, NY. but my insurance is paying.  All my pre op tests will be here in Ontario though.
