Me too, only at 1:15pm on Nov 12th. I am not scared, but focused. My doc will not do my wls if I gain any weight so I am doin' the shake thing. I weigh in on Nov 9th at 3pm. I was two lbs under my goal on Oct 23rd. I asked if I could weigh in at the original goal weight, not my under goal weight and they said no! I am shooting for two more, under 4lbs from original goal to have lost 20lbs this summer. Pm me so we can keep in touch. BMJ

For all of those who r havin surgery this month good luck mine is tomorrow nervous and excited. Cant wait till its over and start on my second chance!
Topic: terrible heartburn
My surgery date is 11-08 and I have been feeling fine and following pre-op diet and suddenly yesterday I developed terrible heartburn. Could this be nerves? I can't figure out what happened. Has this happened to anyone else? HELP!

Wow that's a lot of money to fork over!! Sorry to hear about that. I have to admit that I'm glad I live in Canada where we don't have to pay for a doctor's services. That's gotta suck!!

Hi ..my surgery is on Nov. 13/07 too....which also happens to be my birthday. I couldn't have gotten a more fitting day if I'd picked it myself (which I didn't). I'm getting extremely excited too. BTW I wasn't told to go on a liquid diet either. Go figure. Anyway, best of luck to everyone who is having surgery in November....MAY ALL OUR DREAMS COME TRUE!!!!!

are you having lap band? Check with your doctor, but to be honest I have heard of other doctors not requiring the liquid diet. My understanding is to help shrink the liver so they can proceed easier with the surgery. But definately ask. I am getting so nervous...and almost feel like I should not do the surgery. But I am so done with the fat. I have to do it!!
