Topic: Surgery cancelled, but rescheduled.
Hi everyone,
My surgery was cancelled again, was supposed to be on the 13th, tomorrow, but I found out today I have been rescheduled for the 29th.
This is the 2nd time it has been cancelled, hopefully the third time is the charm!!

Well the big day is coming up fast......lots to do around the house...however the biggest thing is I am going to see Stevie Wonder tonight in Toronto.....yeah!!!!..that will certainly keep my mind off "things"...

Topic: Insurance denials vs. approvals
Well I'm at the point now where I am just waiting for insurance approval or denial. I believe I should have an answer within the next 2 weeks. I was just curious to see how many of you actually got denied vs. the approval and what did you do after that?? I have United Healthcare, if you would please state who you have also. Thanks!

I had to have an EGD done also. I'm now just sitting tight waiting to see if I'm approved or not (crossing fingers, toes, arms, legs and eyeballs!!) I actually never heard anything back about my EGD results. As far as I know nothing was wrong or they would have told me something. Good luck to you I know the wait can just drive you crazy.

I experienced the same thing this last month,but thank God it wasnt to the extreme you have...I had my 3rd fill also last month and I could only eat maybe two bites and I would be about to vomit or Id be hurting really bad. My friend had the surgery and went through this and what she did was simply tell her doc and he just took some of the fill back out. It should be that simple so I would just call and tell them what is going on and you will probably just have to go back in and have some taken back out. I didnt have mine only because I could still eat some what and because usually by the end of the month I feel like I need another fill so.....hope that helps, hope u feel better.
