Hey this is Jennifer's aunt Lesa. Jennifer had her surgery today and is doing fine. She is sore and a little tired (because she got up really really early to be there) Please keep Jennifer in your prayers for a quick and uneventful recovery.

Hi Jackie -
I totally understand about the work and time off situation. If my surgery had been scheduled just 8 days later, I would have postponed until after mid-February. As it is, I'll be going back to work just as a HUGE project begins and I'll be neck deep in planning the event-of-the-year.
I'm sorry you had to be postponed, but I like the way you think ---- you'll get to eat for the holidays! LOL! Enjoy some turkey for us this week and have one of those frosted sugar cookies with sprinkles at Christmas for me, please.

Hey all you Early November Losers -
How are you feeling? Did you learn any lessons in the first couple weeks that you'd like to share with the "late November Losers"? Was the hospital stay easier or harder than you anticipated?
Any tricks to get all your water or protein in? How are you tolerating food so far? Find any favorites that you didn't expect? What stage are you at with foods (clear or full liquds, purees, etc.)?
C'mon... tell us how ya'll are doing!

Well. I just got a call that my surgery date was changed. To Monday the 26th!!!! One day earlier, which is making feel all nervous. Stupid I know, but I can't help it. So, I guess I'll be a loser one day earlier than I thought.
