My surgery weight was 273, right now I am at 203. so I have a total loss of 70 lbs.
My surgery date was 11-27-07.

I'm a little late...was in California for a week!
Had RNY on 11/19/08...Lost 14lbs pre-op...Since surgery down another 59lbs for a total of 73lbs...I feel great! I work out regularly and am truly happy to have given myself this incredible tool...Its a gift!
Topic: New support group in southern Delaware
I am forming a new support group in Laurel, Delaware. We will have our first meeting on Thursday, May 1st from 7:00-8:30pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, 17249 Phillips Hill Road, Laurel, De. surgery: RNY 11/7/07
starting weight: 285
current weight: 209
HEIGHT: 5'8"
Total loss: 76 pounds

Well I guess I'm doing ok I did change jobs so I could be more active I wnet from sitting all the time behind a computer to being on my feet 8-12 hr days that has taken some time to get use to and it still takes a lot to do it but anyway I had an open RNY 11/7/07 and went from 285 to 194 now almost to my 6 mo check up and wanted to be down 100 but not sure if I will make it 91 lbs but tons of inches I have no clothes that fit except the ones I have got recently.. I'm so excited congrads to all of you on your wgt loss we are differant people now that life has been so wonderful to us and gave us a second chance to be healthy.. Cathy

50 pounds exactly. It's slow, but it's steady, and that's ok with me.

I'm out 4 months and 2 weeks from surgery. Tack on the 2 week liquid diet before surgery and I'm down a total of 67.5 pounds in the past 5 months.

The weight loss is certainly slow, but it's moving in the right direction.
As of today, with my 4 month anniversary tomorrow, I'm down 57 pounds.
Starting weight: 266
Surgery date: 11/28
Current weight: 209
Height: 5' 7 1/4"
I'm happy, very!!!
