WOW!! You are doing great! I had my surgery on Nov 30th, 2007 and to date I have lost 140lbs.....But I have become a exercise freak. But now I have developed a appetite so I am sure my weight loss will slow way down. But you are doing GREAT! Congrats. Keep up the good work it is worth it.
Topic: I'm hungry all the time
Hi, I had my surgery on Nov. 30, 2007......so almost 6 months ago and the last month I have been getting a appetite. Not that I want to eat bigger portions but that I find myself hungry more often and especially at night. Help!! What can I do? I drink LOTS of water and have been trying the frozen fruit with splenda bars, but it dosn't seem to be working any more. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's crazy how fast time is going by! But it has been a month since the last thread. This has been a really difficult month for me! I had a 3 week stall!!!! It finally broke this week though. So, I'm losing again, which is a big relief. But overall, my stats for the month are pretty disappointing. So I'm trying to focus on the big picture, instead of this one month!
My stats:
Height: 5'4
Start Weight: 304.5
Current Weight: 225.0
Total Lost: 79.5

Eating:
Doing good at maintaining 800-1000 calories per day and 80-100g protein per day. Also try to get 25-30g fiber everyday.
Exercise:
Joined a 20-week walking training program. At the 15-week mark there is a 10-mile race. At the 20-week mark there's a half-marathon. That's right folks... I'm training for a half-marathon. I still have problems wrapping my head around the fact that I'll go from morbidly obese to a half-marathon in less than a year.
Weight:
299.4 / 216.4 --- 83 pounds lost
Inches:
I measured last month, didn't do it this month. But total a month ago was 85 inches all over.
Other Goals:
The next 6 months I'm focusing on the other areas of my life that I want to change. I've spent enough time obsessed with eating and exercise -- I'll keep obsessing, but I guess I need some new obsessions. Each month for the next 6 months I'll be adding a new goal to work toward. This month is Spiritual Health. Then: Financial Health, Emotional Health, Relationship Health and Intellectual Health. These are all things that are just as important to me as my physical health and I want to do a Total Pam Makeover!
