Our Own Magazine Has Arrived. We've been busy since January putting together our first copy of our quarterly magazine and it's now available for ordering. Click here to order your subscription today. I'm going to have surgery Nov. 2007, & I have wanted to order the mag. but I'm a vegan, & well need vegan food ideas after surgery. There is other vegans on the OH boards other then me, & we all need more info, & places to order vegan vitamin, protein shakes, ect.... As far as vitamins & other vegan stuff, I'll help ya out, I order alot from Pangea at www.veganstore.com ( i don't work 4 them ) We have people from all walks of life, & need different info to cover there needs too. Can OH do this, that is the question ?? I'm a messianic, means I eat kosher, & vegan, no form of animals products or honey. With all the info I just give you, I should get a 1 year sub. free.
