Wow  what a   ride we have been on.   I wish every one  Happy Holidays  and Season Greetings.

I think that is politically correct. lol

I am still at  188   but  i know that it is a diet now and i have to  expend more calories than i take in.
So i still using my tool and i am sure it will move again soon.

Keep on working your tool.  It's not really a diet, you know.  It's a lifestyle.  A diet is something you can quit.  This really isn't, if you want to have a healthy "restofyourlife". Don't give up.
