I feel marvelous!!! I have felt great since i hit about 40 pounds lost. Since surgery I have lost 63 pounds and 73 from the start. Yes i would like to see the scale move a little faster but i am grateful again that is is moving and my stall is past history for a while. I love being able to put on regular jeans and zip them up. some time maybe my waist will grow into my hips and legs and i wont have to wear clown pants tho. I did try some faded glory stretch jean and they did fit better but i gonna wait till i lose some more weight as i dont really need any jeans right now. I also bought a bra a size smaller today and wow it does fit. woo hoo. I dont nap like i use too either I cant say i have lots of energy but i do have more than before. I do take my vitamins calcium and vitamin d and i also take b12 sublingal and i need to have blood work done on monday for my sixth month doctors appointment in May. I have decided that i need a full length mirror here at the house because my half mirrors make me look real short and fat lol. Well have a great day all !!! Patty

well, I just got home from walking the Baton Rouge Zoo with my littlest granddaughters (2). Ages 2 and 3, and the 3 yr old's school friends. Before my surgery there would have been no way I could have done this. How I feel? Wonderful, I have my life back, I still have a way to go...............but I feel I have a hold on this now. Great for me and Great for my granddaughters, too. hugs cougar

Hi everyone, I can not believe the different in my level of activities. I now can move with out pain. YePPe!!! I am able to play tennis, and jog a short distants at a time. I walk everyday and my body feel good. It might be because the weather is changing to warmer but I am feeling like a new person. I am so happy to be able to move around again. As for losing weight I have lost 70+ pounds. I have slowed down on losing weight. I go up and down 180-183 for a week. I am trying to increase my water and my activity level in hopes to lose more weight. I am rather short 5'1" and my problem area is my stomach which hasn't gone away fast enough for me but I have been blessed so far and love, love, love this new journey I am on. I enjoy noticing the difference in my body and my abilities to move with easies. Continue Success Everyone Liz

I feel fantastic!! I am living again. I'm active, I am taking exercise classes 3 days a week at the YMCA + a dance class another night! I don't just go home and hide out in my house anymore! I go out with friends, I go on trips with my kids to the zoo, bowling, I've got 3 trips planned for this year! I always make sure I take my vitamins and I really watch my protein to make sure I get enough in but it's so great to feel so good again! I knew I felt bad before surgery but you just don't know how bad you really feel until you feel good again!! I've lost 97 pounds since surgery and I still have at least 39 pounds to go but I feel like a brand new person! We're going to Kings Island this Sunday and I'm so excited to know I will be able to fit in all the rides!!!

Hello Fellow November Surgery Daters!!! I had my surgery on 11/05 and have lost approx. 70lbs. Im feeling great too I love shopping and putting on things and seein how great they look. It crazy what a difference this makes. Its like you know your going to be different but till it doesnt happen you just cant phatom what its really gonna be like. The only thing I hate right now is my hair. I have some hair loss but my biggest complaint is the texture change. I sometimes wish I would loss quicker but im happy cause I know it is coming off and I just going to continue and work on my goal. Good luck to all of you and hope those wonderful feelings dont go away!!

I feel really, really great. My 76 pound loss is more than I ever imagined I could achieve. It's hard for the believe that I'm only 5 months it. In the last couple of months, I've really gotten all my energy back, so I feel pretty "normal" again. I too try really hard to do well with my vitamins and water intake. It is certainly a struggle. And I still struggle with exercise. I'm not lazy, just freaking busy. It seems I'm constantly tryng to "fit it in." I know that's a lousy excuse, but it's honest. It's just something for me to work on. I think we all worry about how we are doing. I think we are all really used to failing, and we expect the worst from ourselves. I think we are all doing great!
