I've noticed that my weight loss goes in cycles. Nothing for about 2 or 3 weeks, then a sudden drop of several pounds. Then back to nothing again. I know it's just my body adjusting to all the changes and stuff. So I don't freak out about it. It's totally normal and as long as we keep doing the right things, we'll be fine. Pam

Same here. I've been at 179.5 for the past 3 weeks now. Yesterday I went to my doctor's office and they said that I was at 178lbs. Hopefully I could start losing again! I have a personal goal and that is for me to be at 140lbs by June 6,2008. I have 8 weeks to go and need 38 pounds to lose. Wish me luck Jenny

I've noticed that my stalls started at 3 weeks post op but used to be only a week then two weeks then three... my last one was nearly a month! I am happy to lose 4-5 pounds a month now... that's me though but it seems pretty common, like an auto-leveling feature or something. Cass

I'm hovering between 209 and 212, and have been for over three weeks now. It's not going down and I'm getting so frustrated. I want this stall to END!!!

Yep same stuff happens to me. I was on a stall for 2-3weeks and this week I lost 5lbs already. But it also could be from not eating hardly anything because of my screwed up gallbladder.

I have been on a plateu for 3weeks myself. I hear you, it is a fustration. I am hoping that the halt will come to an end soon. I suppose, if I get back to the gym, it may help? I am feeling your pain.

I have been at the same weight now for about a month. I am 5 months out and it is driving me nuts. I get worried all the time that I messed something up and am going to gain the weight back, so the frustration is normal and thats why we are on here. Its always nice to see that someone else understands exactly what your going through... Good luck with the stall and keep your fingers crossed for the rest of us also.
