I'm struggling to get my protein in.

I love cottage cheese, and you can get the low fat variety and a half a cup is 13-14 grams of protein. I also found that there are lots of protein bars that I like which help me get the other protein in. I also keep track of all the protein I get in an Excel spreadsheet and that keeps me on track!!
