I have joined the Losers bench

I had Lap band surgery on 11/28/07 i weighed in at my pre op appt on 11/13/07 @248 i weighed in @ 230 on my surgery date and that was very encouraging to me. I have my post op visit on 12/6/07 I can't wait to see how much more weight has come off. I have lipedema of the legs and I did notice a change for the better. keep me in your prayers. Sandy

I don't want you to get discouraged if you have water wgt on you when you go to your post op vist I had lost quit a bit then during surgery they pump you full of iv's so it takes a little bit to get rid of it but it comes off fast I'm cathy I had a open rny Nov. 7th 07 and down 30 pounds gl on your journey take care

Thanks for the warning about the water weight I wont let it get me down this is a positive decision I have made and I am expecting positive results. GL to you too.
